A family-run mobile food business specializing in Northwest Style BBQ.
In 2012, we were voted best BBQ truck in Seattle Magazine and
one of the top 13 food trucks in Seattle Met magazine.
Our meats are seasoned with our special dry rub for at least 24 hours
then slow smoked over cherry wood from Wenatchee WA.
Once smoked, we hand pull the meat and remove all the unsavory bits,
a very time and labor intensive process, but well worth it!
